Active SessionsThe number of current, active shoppers on your website. This 'shopper' identity expires when the defined shopping cart expiry period in Actinic is exceeded
Orders Awaiting completionThe quantity of orders within the Actinic site which are awaiting completion, notably awaiting confirmation back from a Payment Service Provider e.g. PROTX or WorldPay
Indicated on the server as a .occ file and when downloaded from the website into Actinic these orders mainly go into the Pending Service Provider order tab
Completed ordersThese are the number of completed .ord order files that are currently on the Actinic website awaiting download.
Saved shopping cartsThe number of shoppings carts that have been saved by the customer clicking 'save' in the basket within Actinic/. This saved basket expires when the defined shopping Lists expiry period in Actinic is exceeded
